Onetouch Verio blood glucose test strips are used in conjunction with OneTouchVerio blood glucose meters. It is a home self-testing product through the analysis of a blood sample from the finger, forearm or palm of the hand.
Onetouch Verio test strips measure glucose together with OneTouch Verio blood glucose meters. The product contains 100 self-testing units. Its use is based on the quantitative determination in freshly drawn blood from external areas of the body.
The strips facilitate the measurement of blood glucose in a simple procedure. The strips are made of resistant plastic and contain reagent elements, which give an electrochemical response when in contact with the blood.
Only a minimal sample is required. It checks up to 500 times to provide reliable results and automatically adapts to the natural variations in red blood cells with proven accuracy.

Store at a temperature between 2 and 30 °C. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of small children. The strips are for single use only. The test strips are never reused. Do not use for neonatal testing or within 24 hours in patients who have had a D-xylose uptake test. False low glucose results may be obtained if there is severe dehydration. If the result is greater than 600 mg/dL, it is a sign of a severe blood level and it is important to repeat the test or consult a professional.
