It is a medicine formulated with dimethindene maleate, an active ingredient belonging to the group of so-called antihistamines used to relieve itchy skin of allergic origin, such as that caused by skin rashes, urticaria, insect and marine animal bites, minor sunburns and minor superficial burns.
It comes in a 30 g tube.
Suitable for use on adults and children from 1 month of age.
Apply a small amount of the product to the affected area. It can be used 2-4 times a day.
Do not use Dermapic Gel:
In premature babies and newborns under 1 month of age, except under express medical advice.
If you are allergic to any of the active ingredients or excipients present in the composition of this medicine.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding and have not previously consulted a doctor.
Like all medicines, Dermapic gel may cause side effects:
Frequent adverse reactions: rash, itching, dry skin.
The active substance in Dermapic Gel is dimethindene maleate. Each gram of gel contains 1 mg dimethindene maleate. The other ingredients are: Benzalkonium chloride, disodium edetate (E-385), carbomer, sodium hydroxide (E-524), propylene glycol (E-1520) and purified water.
Dermapic Gel is a clear, colourless, homogeneous gel solution with no odour.
Do not exceed a maximum of 4 applications per day. If symptoms do not improve or worsen after 3 days, consult a doctor.
In children between 1 month and 2 years of age, the use of this medicine should be under strict medical supervision.
