It is a medicine formulated with simethicone, an active ingredient that destroys gas bubbles, facilitating their expulsion and thus improving the discomfort caused to relieve gas.

Its use is indicated for the relief of gas in infants, children and adults.
Instructions for use
The recommended dose varies according to the age of the patient:
Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: ingest 10 ml every 8 hours.
Children 2-12 years: administer 5 ml every 8 hours.
Children 0-2 years: give 2.5 ml every 8 hours, through a bottle or with other liquid food.
Do not use Entero Silicone:
If allergic to simethicone.
For the treatment of infant colic.
During pregnancy and lactation without prior medical advice.
Entero Silicone may cause side effects, as with all medicines on the market:
Frequent: nausea, constipation.
Very frequent: allergic reactions.
The active substance of Entero Silicone is simethicone. Each ml of oral emulsion contains 9 mg of simethicone. The other excipients are: carmellose sodium (E-466), saccharin sodium (E-954), methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E-218), polyvinyl alcohol, essence of aniseed (96 per cent ethanol and propylene glycol) and purified water.
This medicine is presented as an oral emulsion in a 250 ml bottle. The contents are an opaque white liquid.
