Aero Red Forte may cause side effects, as with all medicines. Among such effects, the following have been observed: moderate and transient constipation, belching, rash and itching of the skin, oedema of the face or tongue and difficulty in breathing.
Each capsule of Aero Red Forte contains 240 mg of simethicone as the main active ingredient. The other excipients are: gelatin and glycerol (E-422).
This product comes in the form of clear soft gelatine capsules, which should be taken with a glass of water.
