Aero-Red 40 mg, 100 Chewable Tablets

These are chewable tablets that act on the gas present in the intestine, destroying the bubbles to facilitate its elimination and alleviate the discomfort caused.

Intended for use in adults seeking to relieve the symptoms of gas.

Take 2 Aero Red chewable tablets 3 times a day, after each main meal. Do not exceed a dose of 12 chewable tablets (480 mg simethicone) per day.

If symptoms do not improve after 10 days of treatment, seek medical advice.

Do not take Aero red chewable tablets:

- If you are under 18 years of age. There are other medicines with simethicone indicated for children and infants, such as Aero-Red 100 mg/ml oral drops.

- If you are allergic to simethicone or any of the other ingredients in this medicine.

- If you have intestinal perforation or obstruction, or suspect you have one.

Aero Red chewable tablets may cause side effects, as with all medicines, but this does not mean that everybody gets them. These side effects may include

• Nausea

• Transient constipation

• Allergic reactions, which may take the form of rash and itching of the skin, oedema of the face or tongue, as well as difficulty in breathing.

Each Aero Red chewable tablet contains 40 mg simethicone as the main active ingredient, the other excipients are: sucrose, dextrates hydrate (contains glucose), colloidal silica hydrate, magnesium stearate and vanillin.

Aero-red 40 mg chewable tablets make it easier to expel gas generated in the digestive tract by breaking up gas bubbles and relieving discomfort. They also have a pleasant, sweet taste, so they can (and should) be chewed slowly, immediately after each main meal, without exceeding the maximum dose of 12 tablets a day.
