The recommended dosage is one 60 mg capsule three times a day, without exceeding the maximum dose of 180 mg/day.

Do not use Orliloss 60 mg:
In children under 18 years of age.
In case of allergy to orlistat or any of the excipients present in this medicine.
In patients with chronic malabsorption syndrome or cholestasis.
If you are taking concurrent treatment with ciclosporin, warfarin or other oral anticoagulants.
Most of the common side effects associated with the use of Orliloss 60 mg (e.g. gas, loose stools) are the result of its mechanism of action, so high-fat foods should be avoided.
Serious: severe allergic reaction, rectal bleeding, diverticulitis, pancreatitis, skin blisters, hepatitis and oxalate nephropathy.
Very frequent: sudden bowel movements, oily or greasy stools, loose stools, and gas (flatulence) with or without oily spotting.
Frequent: more frequent stools, faecal incontinence, fluid or liquid stools, abdominal pain and anxiety.
Each capsule of Orliloss 60 mg contains 60 mg of orlistat.
