Homeopathic medicine

Composition

1 tablet contains : Cartilago suis D4, Funiculus umbilicalis suis D4, Embryo suis D4, Placenta suis D4 ana 0,30 mg; Rhus toxicodendron D2 0,54 mg; Arnica montana D1 0,60 mg; Solanum dulcamara D2, Symphytum D8 ana 0,15 mg; Sanguinaria canadensis D3 0,45 mg; Sulfur D6 0,54 mg; Nadidum D6, Coenzyme A D6, Acidum alpha-liponicum D6, Natrium diethyloxalaceticum D6 ana 0,03 mg; Acidum silicicum D6 3,00 mg.

Excipients : lactose, magnesium stearate. Prepared in accordance with the standards of the German Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia (HAB).

Therapeutic indications

Traditionally used in osteoarthritis (particularly gonarthrosis), polyarthrosis, spondylarthrosis and scapulohumeral periarthritis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to plants of the Anacardiaceae and Compositae family. Zeel T should only be used after consulting a doctor in cases of active liver disease or a history of liver disease, and when used in combination with hepatotoxic drugs. Zeel T should not be used during pregnancy and lactation because it contains Sanguinaria canadensis (Canadian bloodroot).

Warnings

If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, consult your doctor before taking this medicine. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist during the use of this medicine. It does not affect the ability to drive or operate machinery. Consult your doctor in case of joint discomfort, e.g. redness, swelling or overheating, as well as diffuse or prolonged symptoms. In case of administration for more than 4 weeks, liver function values should be monitored.

Warning about excipients : This medicine contains lactose. If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to certain sugars, consult your doctor before taking this medicine.

Posology

Oral use. In general, 1 tablet 3-5 times a day, allowing it to dissolve in the mouth.

Overdose

Given the nature of this preparation, poisoning is unlikely. In case of overdose or accidental ingestion, consult the Poisons Information Service.

Adverse reactions

During treatment with medicinal products containing Sanguinaria alkaloids, an increase in liver function values (transaminases) and serum bilirubin to the point of drug-induced jaundice (drug-induced toxic hepatitis) has been observed in isolated cases, which normalised or subsided after discontinuation of the medicinal product. In rare cases, gastrointestinal discomfort or skin reactions may occur, even several days after administration. Hypersensitivity reactions may occur in isolated cases in individuals with known hypersensitivity to plants of the composite family (arnica). If any other adverse reaction not described above is observed, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use this medicine if the safety seal is broken, damaged or missing.

Shelf life

Do not use this medicine after the date shown on the pack.

Medicines should not be flushed down the drain or thrown away. Please dispose of unneeded medicines and containers at the SIGRE Point at the pharmacy.
