Aconitum napellus globules contains 0.21 g sucrose in 5 globules. Patients with hereditary fructose intolerance (HFI), glucose or galactose absorption problems, or sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency should not take this medicine. It may damage teeth.
Each 4 g pack corresponds to a finished product with a single dilution. In this case it would be equivalent to:

Excipient(s) with known effect: sucrose (0.21 g) and lactose (0.038 g).
This homeopathic medicine should preferably be taken under medical prescription or on pharmaceutical advice. The dosage should be adjusted according to the individual case of each person.
