HEEL Valerian drops are a product that has the ability to have a relaxing effect on the body. Its components, characteristics and the benefits it brings to the body include the following:

• Valerian is the most prominent component of this product because it can act on the muscles and regulate sleep. Firstly, it helps to relax the muscles to give a feeling of restfulness. As a result, restlessness and nervousness will be somewhat reduced. On the other hand, one of the characteristics of people with such symptoms is that they cannot sleep well. Valerian helps to regulate sleep cycles so that they are not easily disturbed by stress.
