Xanthan gum based flavoured clear thickener
Clear flavoured thickener based on xanthan gum Prevention and treatment of dehydration, malnutrition/malnutrition in patients with dysphagia.
Indicated for patients with dysphagia or swallowing problems.
CLEAR THICKENER NM (berry flavour): maltodextrin, thickener (xanthan gum), acidulant (citric acid), berry flavouring, sodium chloride, colouring (enocyanin), sweetener (cyclamate, saccharin sodium and aspartame), potassium chloride. Aspartame (7.5mg/g of product): contains a source of phenylalanine.
Add the clear red fruit thickener to liquids such as water, juices or soups, stirring until the desired consistency is reached.
