The HP/HC multi-pack has the special characteristics that meet the necessary guidelines to help in the nutrition of the elderly, favouring their quality of life. It has a composition that incorporates soluble fibre, for proper intestinal function, and a high vitamin D content.
Thanks to its hypercaloric and hyperproteic formulas and its high fibre content, it provides an adequate diet that helps to minimise the risks of suffering from certain ailments present in the elderly.
Its formula has a high protein content rich in essential amino acids which, combined with calcium and vitamin D, contribute to the maintenance of muscles and bones. It also contains vitamins C, B2, B6 and B12, which help to reduce tiredness and fatigue, contributing to the normal functioning of the immune system.
It is a source of soluble fibre that helps normalise intestinal transit, allows the growth and activity of the intestinal microbiota and stimulates the absorption of minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iron. It also promotes lipid metabolism and helps regulate blood glucose levels.
