The Prim 909 forearm supportstrap maintains, stabilises and limits the movement of the upper limbs by keeping them in a physiological position.
- Carefully bend the affected arm at the elbow and place it at the waist at a 90-degree angle , if possible. The thumb should be pointing upwards.
Insert the affected arm into the sling so that the elbow is on the closed side. Your hand should be on the open side of the belt. Place your thumb inside the ring designated for this purpose.
- Slide the sling over the back, behind the neck and over the collarbone opposite the affected limb. You may need help with this. Without assistance, you may feel comfortable wearing a sling while sitting at a table and resting the injured arm on it. Close the belt clip to make sure it is secure.
- Adjust the length of the belt to your comfort with the elbow bent at a 90-degree angle by placing the free end of the belt next to the buckle.
- The shoulder pad should be higher than the collarbone for comfort. Chiropractic care.
Wash at 40°C max. Do not use bleaching agents. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not tumble dry. Care should be taken to clean the Velcro, to maintain its adhesive properties and to remove threads, lint, etc.

- You should inform your doctor if you have any skin problems. The use of topical creams during treatment should be avoided.
- For reasons of personal hygiene and comfort, cotton clothing, preferably seamless, should be worn under the scarf.
- In the pressure areas, the skin must not be injured or hypersensitive. Do not wear the corset while showering, bathing, etc.
- Periodically check that the straps are tight and in good condition (no grease, cuts, cracks, etc.) and that the buckles are closed.
- The orthodontist should clean the brace periodically according to the washing instructions on the product label.
