Premenstrual syndrome or PMS is a disorder that occurs in the second half of the menstrual cycle, i.e. one or two weeks before menstruation and lasts until the first or second day of menstruation.

It includes physical and emotional symptoms such as mood swings, irritability, anxiety, tiredness, breast tension, bloating, water retention, acne, depression, headache, headache, ....It affects between 70-90% of women throughout their reproductive life and in almost half of them the symptoms are so intense that they can affect their quality of life.

Directions for use
Start taking the product one week to seven days before menstruation. Continue for the first three days of menstruation. In total, it is recommended to take the product for a total of 10 days. It is recommended to take 1 to 2 orodispersible sticks per day, depending on the needs of each woman. It is not necessary to drink water.
