What is Supradyn Active?

It is a vitamin supplement that belongs to the new generation of poly-vitamins that, thanks to its exclusive combination of Vitamins, Minerals and Coenzyme Q10, activate your inner energy.

Coenzyme Q10 (Co Q10) is an innovative and natural component present in all the cells of our body and in some foods such as fish and meat. It is essential in the generation of energy, as it activates 95% of our body's energy.
Co Q10 levels begin to decline from the age of 20 onwards. Supplementation is therefore particularly necessary from this age onwards.

How to use
