It is a food supplement containing a complete and balanced formula of vitamins, minerals and coenzyme Q10 that facilitates the body's adaptation and performance during exercise. It provides 3CDR (Recommended Daily Allowance) of B vitamins, maintaining optimum physical performance and restoring minerals eliminated through perspiration.

Supradyn Energy Extra also incorporates antioxidants that protect the body from free radicals.
It also has no doping effect.

Ideal for use during periods of overexertion or intense sport.

• During sport, a large amount of energy is consumed and minerals are lost through perspiration. In this case, it is advisable to replenish vitamins and minerals to maintain optimal physical performance.
• When we face a situation of physical or mental overexertion there is a loss of vitamins and minerals that our body needs to replenish.

• In sport: take one tablet a day, preferably in the morning with breakfast. In the case of intense physical exercise, such as running a marathon, it is recommended to start taking Supradyn Energy extra 1 month before the competition. If you train continuously, it is recommended to take the product for periods of 3 months, resting for 1 month between periods.
• Overexertion: it is recommended to take one tablet a day, preferably in the morning with breakfast, during the period of overexertion and to extend it for a further 2 weeks after the end of the period. If the period of overexertion is longer than 3 months, it is recommended to rest for 1 month at the end of 3 months and then start again if necessary.

Supradyn energy extra does not contain excitants and therefore does not cause insomnia.
