It is a medicine for skin use formulated with chlorhexidine, an active ingredient with an antiseptic action that is used to treat wounds and minor burns.

Intended for topical use, specifically as an antiseptic for wounds and minor skin burns. It is also suitable for treating the navel of newborn babies.
Apply to the affected area 1 or 2 times a day, not to exceed a maximum of 2 doses per day.Before using this medicine, clean and dry the wound properly.
Do not use Cristalmina Film Gel:
In case of allergy to chlorhexidine digluconate.
In eyes, ears, inside the mouth or other mucous membranes.
Cristalmina Film may cause side effects, as is the case with all medicines, which does not mean that everybody suffers from them. In this case, allergic reactions and chemical burns have been observed in neonates.
Each gram of Cristalmina Film gel contains 10 mg of chlorhexidine digluconate as the main active ingredient. The other ingredients are allantoin, benzyl alcohol, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and purified water.
