It includes a 1000 ml VITIS mouthwash, formulated to effectively remove food debris and prevent plaque formation around brackets and wires. The pack also contains a 100 ml tube of VITIS Orthodontic toothpaste, which protects tooth enamel, prevents caries and helps maintain healthy gums during orthodontic treatment. In addition, the pack includes 32 oral hygiene tablets, which provide extra cleaning and freshen breath. To complete your oral care routine, the pack comes with a specialised VITIS Orthodontic toothbrush, designed with soft bristles and an adapted shape to effectively clean around brackets and wires. Mouthwash: Rinse your mouth with 15 ml (one capful) of VITIS Orthodontic mouthwash for 30 seconds after brushing your teeth. Rinse gently and make sure to reach all areas around brackets and wires. Spit out the mouthwash and avoid rinsing with water afterwards. Toothpaste: Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly, paying special attention to brackets, wires and surrounding areas. Brush for at least two minutes and then rinse your mouth. Oral Hygiene Tablets: Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water and rinse your mouth for 30 seconds after brushing your teeth and using mouthwash. Spit out the solution and avoid rinsing with water afterwards. Orthodontic Toothbrush: Use the VITIS Orthodontic toothbrush twice a day to brush your teeth and orthodontic appliances. Place the bristles at a 45 degree angle to your gums and make gentle, circular movements, paying special attention to brackets and wires. Remember to replace your toothbrush every three months or when the bristles are worn.
