Glutamine+BCAA, by Vitobest®, is made from L-Glutamine and BCAA. The former is the amino acid that contributes to protein synthesis, to the transfer of nitrogen between organs and tissues, and to preventing muscle protein catabolism. The latter is a combination of branched-chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine, in 2:1:1 ratios) which are involved in protein synthesis, recovery after aerobic exercise, and the reduction or eradication of fatigue.
