SWEET RECOVERY has a unique formulation, working with the classic carbohydrate - protein ratio (2:1), but with the innovative 1:0.5 carbohydrate RATIO that will make absorption faster and more effective. On the other hand, it contains premium quality protein and enriched with additives to maximise recovery, such as: - L-Cysteine: an amino acid that reduces inflammation, oxidative stress, as well as muscle damage caused by exertion. This is due in part to increased production of Glutathione, a powerful antioxidant. - L-Leucine: an amino acid that improves muscle recovery, improves protein synthesis and reduces muscle degradation. All this is thanks to the fact that this amino acid activates the mTOR muscle signalling pathway. - L-Methionine: a very important amino acid for protein synthesis and DNA methylation in the body. It improves recovery and reduces muscle inflammation.
