Detach the protective strip from the collar and place it around the neck. Hold the main clasp between thumb and forefinger and press the other end through. Squeeze the main clasp and pull the entire collar through, adjusting it to a couple of fingers so it is not too tight. Repeat the action by passing the necklace through the second and third clasp. Cut off the excess part leaving about 6 cm in case you need to make it bigger.
