Highly sensitive pregnancy test that tests for the presence of the HCG hormone in urine.
Contains 1 test.
Its update mechanism analyses the presence in urine of the hormone HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin). This is a hormone associated with the formation of the placenta in pregnant women, whose maximum concentration occurs around week 10.
It is intended for women who suspect they are pregnant or who are experiencing a delay in their period.
It is recommended to take the test from the third day of a late period.
It can be done at any time, although to obtain a more reliable result it is recommended to do it from the 3rd day of a late period, as this is when the test works best.
1. Collect the first morning urine in a container.
2. Remove the cap and dip the test strip in the test strip for 5 seconds.
3. Replace the cap and hold horizontally with the screen facing upwards, waiting 5-10 minutes before reading the result.
Once the Edda Pharma Pregnancy Test has been performed, the following results may appear:
If positive: two red bands appear.
Negative: a single coloured band appears.
Invalid result: nothing visible. A repeat test would be required.
