Pranarôm jasmine absolute essential oil is a multi-purpose homeopathic product that helps the respiratory system, clears congestion and helps to relieve other similar symptoms. In addition, if ingested correctly, its nutrients support the body's defences and help to keep it balanced and healthy. It can even be used on the skin for relaxing and aromatic massages to help relax the mood.

It is primarily suitable for anyone over 3 years of age. It is recommended to help calm the nerves and control the emotional state if used as aromatherapy. When used topically and orally, its essential and concentrated components are used to promote skin health and to help increase the body's defences in order to reduce the symptoms suffered during digestive or urinary infections.

Use strictly as recommended and following the appropriate directions. This product can be used in several ways, here are the details for each use:

• Topical use: the product should be diluted first, either in water, creams or other substances. Then it can be applied to the skin with a light massage.
• Oral use: to use the product as a food supplement, it is advisable to dilute it in a neutral base, either water, honey, sugar or any other substance or element such as Pranarôm's neutral tablet.
• Aromatic use: the essential oil can be used in conjunction with a cold diffuser to scent a room. Typically, 3 to 5 drops of the product are needed for a room of 9 to 15 square metres. However, specific indications will be given according to the diffuser to be used.

Avoid use on young children under three years of age, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women. Direct application without dilution may irritate the skin.
