Pranarom Clary Sage (5 ml) is an essential oil extracted from clary sage that has the ability to act as an oestrogen mimetic and aphrodisiac. It is a powerful antifungal, antispasmodic and neurotonic. It helps improve circulation and prevents heart disease.
This botanical essence of clary sage is a dietary supplement from Pranarom's Top Natural and Organic Essential Oils range. It is extracted from clary sage, a medicinal herbaceous plant belonging to the Lamiaceae family and is cultivated in temperate countries to extract its essence for the manufacture of liqueurs, perfumes and also for ornamental purposes.
Sage was widely used by the Greeks, Romans and Arabs, who used it as a nerve tonic, i.e. to improve the functioning of the nervous system, and also as a compress to heal stings and snakebites due to its antiseptic qualities, as it helps to eliminate pathogens. It also has hypotensive potential, as it can lower blood pressure.

Take 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support, maximum 5 drops per day.
Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 5 drops or 200 mg.
For topical use in adults it should be diluted to a maximum of 2 %. For topical use in children over 6 years of age, the maximum recommended dilution is 0.25 %.
For aroma diffusion, add 3 to 5 drops to the diffuser.
Use only under medical supervision. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use during pregnancy, lactation or on children under 3 years of age unless directed by a doctor or specialist. Keep away from heat and light.
