Omega-3 is the generic name for a group of polyunsaturated fatty acids, essential for our organism, which are characterised by their homogeneous molecular structure, with a double bond at carbon 3.

 

The most abundant Omega-3 fatty acids in nature, mainly in fish, and which have healthy and beneficial properties for our body, are:

• EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid)
• DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart.

How to take Omega 3?

Take 1 or 2 capsules a day with a glass of water.
