Alcohol may increase the sedative effect, so it should not be taken with alcoholic drinks.

The recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years of age is: Two to three tablets up to three times a day, between meals.
To facilitate sleep, it is recommended to take two to three tablets half an hour before going to bed, and if necessary, you can take another dose of two to three tablets in the middle of the afternoon.
The recommended course of treatment is 4 weeks, however, if you notice that within 14 days your symptoms do not improve or worsen, you should consult your pharmacist or doctor.
