The hyper-oxygenated fatty acids in its formulation, obtained through a special hyper-oxygenation process, promote the renewal of epidermal cells, improving skin resistance and facilitating healing. They restore the hydrolipidic film, preventing skin dehydration, and create an antimicrobial barrier that protects the ulcerated area from external agents. They also improve blood microcirculation and prevent damage caused by free radicals thanks to their antioxidant activity.

MEPENTOL MILK also contains Mimosa tenuiflora and Aloe barbadensis, which provide a moisturising and soothing effect.

Hyperoxygenated fatty acids, Mimosa tenuiflora, Aloe barbadensis, excipients. Latex free.

Instructions for use

Prevention of Pressure Ulcers and Ulcers of the Lower Extremity and Treatment of Stage I Pressure Ulcers: After having carried out the usual cleaning treatments, apply MEPENTOL MILK 2 or 3 times a day, on the areas at risk or affected by the ulcer, spreading the product with the fingertips of the fingers.

Accompanying the use of MEPENTOL MILK with postural changes and other prevention and general care practices, as well as following the recommended hygienic-postural measures, can prevent the formation of skin ulcers.

Nutritional value

In case of excessive reddening of the skin, Mepentol solution should be used.
Healthcare personnel or caregivers applying MEPENTOL MILK should adopt the minimum standards and precautions of a sanitary structure (e.g. use of gloves).
It is also reminded that the product:
1. Is for external use.
2. It must be kept out of the reach and sight of children.
3. Do not use if the container is damaged or tampered with.
4. Store below 30ºC.
5. Do not use after the expiry date.
