It is important to have a foot care routine, starting with daily cleansing and moisturising.
Once or twice a week you can perform a gentle exfoliation to remove dead cells and impurities and thus promote skin renewal. But, without a doubt, daily moisturising is the great ally to combat calluses and corns. In the colder months, and also in summer (when your feet are more exposed and your skin becomes dehydrated due to environmental and lifestyle factors), I recommend applying a thicker layer of moisturiser at night and letting it work during the hours of rest.
