Carefully clean and dry the area to be treated. Remove the sheet from the protective envelope. The adherent part of the silicone is protected by a foam. Remove it. Cut the sheet to the size of the scar or keloid.
Fix the silicone to the skin with an adhesive gauze, bandage or compression garment. It is advisable to use the film gradually, applying it for 2 hours on the first day and gradually increasing the following days up to a total of 24 hours. From the first week onwards, it is recommended to keep the film applied for at least 12 hours a day. It can be removed for daily hygiene and the same dressing can be reused for several days, up to a maximum of 12 days. Wash with soap and water or Pulcral Solution+spray antiseptic solution prior to reuse. Never use on damaged or diseased skin.
