Dermaloe MED Gel by Laboratorios Viñas is a formula made with aloe vera extract enriched with acemannans and panthenol, which aids the healing of wounds, including post-operative wounds, which for various reasons are delayed in their natural healing process.
It also provides a protective effect that inhibits the mistreatment of pathogens, contaminants and external agents, further promoting healing.
Dermaloe MED Gel by Laboratorios Viñas is a treatment indicated for all skin types with wounds, including postoperative wounds.
First clean the lesion, then apply the product to the lesion with the fingertip until a protective film forms (remember to wash your hands thoroughly before applying the treatment). This treatment can be used as often as necessary to keep the wound moisturised.
Note: the wound can also be covered with sterile gauze impregnated with the contents of the product and fixed with the help of a plaster or bandage.
