Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women or children without prior medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not drive a vehicle or use a machine for 4 to 5 hours after taking melatonin.

Take 1 tablet at bedtime, allowing the orodispersible tablet to melt under the tongue, without drinking water. In case of jet lag, 1 tablet should be taken from the first day of the trip and during the following days until the effects of the jet lag are no longer felt.
