Who is it suitable for?

For anyone who participates in high intensity sports such as football, basketball, bodybuilding, fitness, athletics and many more.

How to use

Take 5 grams per day mixed with water, juice (non-citrus) or an isotonic drink. The amount can be individually adjusted according to weight, muscle mass and activity level.

Rapid loading protocol:

It is taken for 5 to 7 days with an intake of up to 20g/day (depending on the person's muscle weight), spread over 4 intakes per day. Then, in the maintenance phase, 3-5g/day is taken in a single dose.

Slow loading protocol: The results are similar to the fast-loading protocol. 3-5 g/day are ingested in a single dose.

The blood creatine peak occurs within an hour of intake, so the optimal time will depend on the type of training:

- Short, intense strength training: take with a sports drink containing 6-8% carbohydrate just before training.

- Sport-specific speed or strength endurance training: before and during training with a sports drink containing 6-8% carbohydrate.

- Aerobic endurance training: take at the end of training together with carbohydrates.
