For persons over 18 years of age, do not take during pregnancy, lactation, or within 2 hours after taking fat-soluble medication, or if you have a BMI < 18.5, or if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Consult a healthcare professional if you are diabetic or if there is any medical contraindication. It is recommended to drink at least 2L of water per day. May cause hypersensitivity reactions, hives, itching, slight swelling and gastrointestinal discomfort, in such cases treatment should be discontinued.
