How to use Aluneb Isotonic Kit? We recommend that you follow these instructions to make the most of the benefits of Aluneb Isotonic Kit. For children up to 6 years of age, it is recommended to take 1 to 2 vials, 1 or 2 times a day as needed. For children over 6 years of age and adults, the recommended dose is 1 to 2 vials, 2 or 3 times daily as needed. For infants, it is recommended to apply a few drops directly into the nose. It is important to nebulise the contents of the vial into both nostrils, preferably when waking up, before meals and before going to bed. Remember not to exceed the recommended daily dose.
