Depending on your needs, heat or cool. Put the pouch in its pouch and place it on the area to be treated.
Cold preparation: store the pouch in the refrigerator or freezer, so it is ready for use. Do not apply for more than 20 minutes and before putting it back on the area, wait another 20 minutes.
Hot preparation: soak the pouch in hot water off the heat for 5 minutes. You can also heat the pouch in the microwave at 640 W for 30 seconds. Repeat the operation once more if necessary.
After each heating, knead the bag to distribute the heat. Hand wash the bag with a mild detergent.
