It is a product that provides up to 6 hours of continuous therapeutic heat and relaxes and restores mobility to the area by providing local heat. The heat, as it increases, causes blood circulation to be faster and effectively relieves muscle tension.

3M Nexcare heat patch is a product indicated for the treatment of muscular pain in the neck, back, lumbar area, torticollis, contractures, lumbago, among other muscular discomforts. Suitable for adults.

It is recommended to use the patch only once. The patch should be applied to clean, dry skin on the painful area. The patch, once applied, will gradually heat up to 43 degrees. Wear the patch for a maximum of 6 hours. The patch should be removed after this time and another patch should not be applied to the same area for at least 24 hours.

Do not use more than once. May cause burns. Do not apply pressure to the patch. Do not apply bandages over the patch. Do not cover with blankets as too much heat may build up. Do not heat the patch in a microwave. Do not cut or tear the patch in any way. Do not use this product on persons with thermoanalgesia (reduced sensitivity to temperature), on persons under the influence of alcohol or sedatives, on the facial area or on membranes and mucous membranes. Do not apply immediately after an injury. Do not use in the shower. Do not swallow or suck on this product. Discontinue use if the patch causes discomfort or if the skin develops adverse reactions such as swelling or redness. Do not use in people with heart problems, diabetes, arthritis, phlebitis and other serious diseases.
