3M Nexcare thermal patches are bands that adhere to the skin to produce therapeutic heat immediately. They are comfortable and practical to use. As they are self-adhesive, they stick easily and adhere well to the affected area.

They are designed for the relief of non-inflammatory joint pain and muscle ailments. They are indicated to treat injuries to these areas of the body. They also help to improve symptoms associated with torticollis, lumbago, contractures, injuries and others.

It is especially recommended to soothe ailments in the back, shoulder, lumbar area and neck. Despite the many benefits of this product, it should be applied sparingly to the buttocks, lower abdomen and thighs because the dermis in these areas is more sensitive and prone to burns.

3M Nexcare Heat Patch 9.5 x 13 cm 2 units is indicated for people who need thermal therapies to alleviate ailments.

Before applying the patch it is necessary to clean and dry the skin thoroughly, making sure it is free of grease. Take the product out of the package just when it is going to be used and apply it on the affected area. Keep it there for 6 hours and then remove it.

This band is for single use only. Wait 24 hours before placing another patch on the same area.

The article should not be applied on children, people with sensitivity to heat or skin lesions such as dermatitis and psoriasis. It is also not suitable for people with heart problems, phlebitis, arthritis or serious pathologies.

It is not recommended for use in individuals whose concentration is affected by alcohol or sedative products. The patch is not suitable for irritated, bruised, swollen, infected or damaged skin. Do not use in the shower.

In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, the treating physician should be consulted before use. It is recommended not to apply them before sleeping, or to cover with blankets or duvets, as this may increase the heat.
