To apply heat, heat in the microwave, immersing it completely in a container of water. For cold therapy, store in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. In cold: minor bruises, acute trauma, strains, muscle tears, sprains, sunburn, haemorrhages, skin inflammations, insect bites, headaches, toothache. In heat: lumbago, sciatica, joint stiffness, muscular pains and rheumatic pains.
