Has a rapid gastric emptying, promoting digestion and reducing gastrointestinal discomfort. With 4g of COCO-sourced MCT C8 per unit, it provides superior quality fatty acids to avoid drawing on glycogen stores during exercise. It provides continuous energy during prolonged exercise and helps reduce lactate build-up.
