PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our almond cream has a fine and creamy texture, as it has been ground using traditional methods of the highest quality and only toasted almonds have been used.
Almonds are highly nutritious and their consumption provides long-lasting energy throughout the day.
It has a high content of fats, especially unsaturated fats, which benefit cardiovascular health.
With a vegetable protein content of 26%, complete in terms of its essential amino acid content, it contributes to the maintenance and increase of muscle mass.
For this reason, it is highly recommended for vegetarians, vegans, athletes and growing children.
It is an excellent source of fibre (11%) and contains high amounts of B vitamins, Vitamin E, as well as minerals such as potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and zinc. In addition to calcium, it is one of the richest vegetable sources of this mineral.
You can use it for breakfast, snacks, snacks between meals or dessert. Adding it to cereals, pancakes, toast, vegetables or homemade desserts.
