SMART FUEL MCT C8 , is an energy cream with a creamy texture formulated with nut creams that provide about 120 kcal per unit and is characterised by its high fat content.
It is mainly formulated with Palatinose, MCT C8 and L-Carnitine:
Provides 5g of Palatinose per unit: Provides prolonged energy release, perfect during and after exercise. Causes fewer insulin spikes, promoting the use of glucose at the cellular level in a shorter time and maintaining blood sugar levels for longer. It has a rapid gastric emptying, aiding digestion and reducing gastrointestinal discomfort.
With 4g of COCO-sourced MCT C8 per unit, it provides superior quality fatty acids to avoid drawing on glycogen stores during exercise. It provides continuous energy during prolonged exercise and helps reduce lactate build-up.
And 300 mg L-Carnitine per unit: Helps transport long-chain fatty acids to the cellular mitochondria, increasing energy supply to the muscle and promoting increased blood flow to the area. Increases the production of ketones that prevent protein catabolism. Saves glucose and muscle glycogen, improving performance, recovery and reducing muscle tissue damage.
In two flavours, with no added sugars or sweeteners:
Hazelnut: natural hazelnut flavour thanks to roasted hazelnut cream.
Almond & Banana: almond and banana flavour, with roasted almond cream and mashed banana.
