PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our peanut butter has a fine and creamy texture, as it has been ground using traditional methods of the highest quality and only roasted peanuts have been used.
It is a legume with a high concentration of protein and fat, almost as much as meat. For this reason, it is highly recommended for vegetarians, vegans, athletes and growing children. Almost 50% of its fat is monounsaturated and 30% is polyunsaturated, the latter being mostly Omega 6.
The peanut is very nutritious and its consumption provides long-lasting energy during the day.
With a vegetable protein content of 25% complete in terms of essential amino acids, it contributes to the maintenance and increase of muscle mass.
It is an excellent source of fibre (8.4%) and contains high amounts of B vitamins, Vitamin E, as well as minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc.
You can use it for breakfast, snacks, snacks between meals or dessert. Adding it to cereals, pancakes, toast, vegetables or homemade desserts.



TIPS Some separation in the oil is natural and a consequence of the good quality of the product, simply stir before use.
