Effective when taken in combination with a balanced diet and regular physical activity. PRECAUTIONS: For adults over 18 years of age. Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding; if your BMI (body mass index) is less than 18.5; if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed. Consult a health professional before use if you suffer from any medical condition; take cholesterol-lowering medication; are deficient in fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E & amp; K) or are diabetic.
It is recommended to take other medications at least 1h before or 4h after taking XLS. It is recommended to drink 2L of water per day. Undesirable effects reported with flax seed extract: general malaise, hypersensitivity reactions (rash, itching and swelling), headache and mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, stomach pain, bloating, diarrhoea and constipation). If any side effects occur, stop taking XLS.

To be used with an appropriate low-calorie diet, physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. Contraindications: contraindicated in children under 18 years of age, not to be taken during pregnancy, lactation, or if you have a BMI <18.5, or if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Consult a health professional if you are diabetic, if you suffer from any disease, if you take cholesterol-lowering medication or if you are deficient in fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E & K). It is recommended to drink at least 2L of water per day. Do not take within 2 hours after taking fat-soluble medication. Avoid taking the product regularly if you suffer from kidney disease or kidney stones because it contains small traces of oxalic acids. May cause discomfort, hypersensitivity reactions such as skin rash, itching and swelling, headache and mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, stomach pain, bloating, diarrhoea and constipation). If you have any adverse effects, stop taking it.
