WELEDA Ratania Toothpaste 75 ml

Weda toothpaste is made from ratania. It is a toothpaste designed for people who require a gentler formula, without fluoride, but just as effective for cleaning their gums, teeth and tongue. Its formula is designed to protect the gums from the corrosive action of brushing with fluoride and also prevents gum tissue processes.

Thanks to its essential oils, peppermint and spearmint, breath stays fresh for much longer and gums are protected. In addition, ratania extract provides a broad spectrum astringent action against bacteria in the mouth.

Ratania is a plant that usually goes unnoticed, but contains within it a valuable ingredient for oral care. It is regularly found in the fields of Arequipa, Peru.

Ratania has ratanitanic acid and flobafen, both of which form a natural supplement that keeps the gums healthy, strong and protected from bacteria that lodge in the oral cavity. It also contains myrrh, which provides a soothing effect. In addition, the essential oils provide fresh breath for hours.

Ratania has a bactericidal and healing function, a factor of utmost importance for delicate gums, which often bleed when they come into contact with the fluoride in traditional formulas.

It is indicated for people who have sensitive and delicate gums, and require a gentler natural formula toothpaste during brushing. It can be used by children over six years of age. Apply a portion of Weleda toothpaste on the toothbrush, and brush teeth and molars with a brushing movement from bottom to top. Once the brushing time has elapsed, leave for a few minutes and rinse with sufficient water until no residue of the toothpaste remains in the oral cavity.

Not for use in children under six years of age. If any unfavourable or allergic reaction is observed on the gums, discontinue use promptly and consult a doctor.
