Mouthwash: Rinse your mouth with 15 ml (one capful) of VITIS Whitening mouthwash for 30 seconds after brushing your teeth. Spit out the mouthwash and avoid rinsing with water afterwards. Toothpaste: Apply a small amount of toothpaste on your soft toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly, making sure to cover all surfaces. Brush for at least two minutes and then rinse your mouth. Soft Toothbrush: Use the VITIS soft toothbrush included in the pack to brush your teeth at least twice a day. Place the bristles at a 45 degree angle to your gums and make gentle, circular movements. Be sure to brush all surfaces of your teeth and tongue. Remember to replace your toothbrush every three months or when the bristles are worn down.
