Instructions for use

Mouthwash: Rinse your mouth with 15 ml (one capful) of VITIS Protect your Gums mouthwash for 30 seconds after brushing your teeth. Spit out the mouthwash and avoid rinsing with water afterwards. Gum Toothpaste: Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly, paying special attention to the gum line. Rinse your mouth afterwards. Toothbrush for sensitive gums: Use the VITIS Protect your Gums toothbrush twice a day to gently brush your gums and teeth. Place the bristles at a 45 degree angle to your gums and brush in a circular motion. Replace the toothbrush every three months for optimal gum care.
