To perform the test, first determine the length of the menstrual cycle :
Do not dip the strip above the MAX line. Remove the strip from the urine and leave it on a clean, non-absorbent surface. Wait for the pink lines to appear and read the results in 3-10 minutes. Do not read results after 15 minutes.
Peak LH: If two pink lines are visible and the test line (T) is equal to or darker than the control line C, you will probably ovulate within 24-48 hours. If you want to get pregnant, this is the best time to have sex.
No LH surge: Only the control line C appears, or the T-test line appears weaker in colour , meaning that no LH surge has been detected and you should continue sampling.
Invalid: no control line is displayed.
The Edda Pharma ovulation test can be performed at any time but it is not recommended to do it with the first urine of the morning, as this could lead to erroneous results.
Itis not advisable to use this test as a method of contraception.
Once the test is positive, ovulation will occur in the next 24-48 hours . This is the most fertile period. Sexual intercourse should occur after 24 hours but before 48 hours.
