The ClearBlue Ovulation Test measures hormonal changes by detecting the presence of luteinising hormone , which is responsible for female fertility. It is much more accurate than the old temperature or calendar methods and, thanks to its digital display, clearly indicates the 2 most fertile days of the cycle.

This product is suitable for women who need to determine the two most fertile days of their monthly cycle.

Follow the instructions on the product leaflet carefully to get the best result. This test is carried out using a urine sample.

Before using this product, it is important to know the length of your menstrual cycle to determine the best time to test. To do this, you should count from the first day of menstruation until the day before the next period. There's a table in the Clearblue Ovulation Test leaflet which shows you when in your cycle it's best to test.

Once you have taken the test, the result will appear on the screen after 3 minutes. The result will remain visible for 8 minutes.

• If you get a positive result , it means that both that day and the following day will be the most fertile and ideal day to conceive.

• In the event of a negative result, it is recommended that you test again the next day at the same time by inserting a new dipstick into the Clearblue Ovulation Test.
