Remove the product from its individual packaging and unfold it. The wider side of the product should be facing upwards. Remove the protective paper from the adhesive strip and discard it. Attach the product to the inside front of your underwear using the adhesive strip to secure it. Position the product in a way that best suits your anatomy. You can reposition the product by simply lifting and reattaching it.
