L-theanine is an amino acid found in green tea, has a calming effect on the central nervous system and has been used to treat stress, anxiety and tension. It also has royal jelly, which is rich in protein, amino acids, vitamins and minerals, including vitamins B and C, folic acid, calcium and iron.
