Aquilea Duplo Sleep Forte, 2x30 tablets

Aquilea Duplo Sueño Forte is a food supplement that provides a large number of components that relax and soothe the body. After taking one capsule of the product, it acts in three different stages.

In the first stage, a large portion of melatonin, the sleep-regulating hormone, is released. This component helps to slow down brain activity to help you fall asleep more easily. Piperine and vitamins D and B6 are also released at this stage, which work together for a greater effect.

The second stage happens throughout the night. This is when some plant extracts with calming and relaxing properties are released. This helps people not to wake up and lose sleep. They also stimulate the production of serotonin, which is converted into melatonin a few moments later.

Finally, the plants valerian and lemon balm are released during the rest of the night so that the body can have a truly restful sleep.

It is suitable for adults and children over the age of 12 who cannot fall asleep easily. It does not contain gluten or lactose. This product is non-addictive and can be taken by diabetics.

The tablets should always be taken half an hour before going to bed and should not be broken in half. This product is designed to work at different times, which is why its effect will be altered if the capsule is broken.

It should not be taken before activities such as driving. A higher dose than recommended does not have a positive effect on sleep; on the contrary, it may cause stomach upset.

This product is not recommended for use in the following cases:

• Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
• Children under 12 years of age.
• Allergy to any of the indicated components.
• Taking anticoagulant drugs (medical advice is required).
• Use of antidepressants and serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
• Polymedicated patients.
